PayPal will calculate a shipping charge based on the accumulated amount of a full shopping cart. The Separate Accessory Surcharge is a separate item applied Only to orders in which accessory parts are shipped separate from a full unit purchase. When you request to View Cart, you can review the complete purchase including shipping charges along with a summary screen to approve or cancel the purchase.
Review of Your Delivered Order and Return Requests
Please inspect the contents of your order before completely unpacking them and examine the method of correct packaging in the event that you may wish to return the product. The ready to assemble parts are separated by cushion layers and surrounded by a snug transparent 4 mil poly cover. Breakage due to shipping should be visible through the poly cover; if there is obvious breakage do not unpack further, and contact us to arrange a return as is.
Before you assemble and use the Clutter Column®, you have two opportunities to determine if you want it. The 1st opportunity is to study the photos and descriptions at this website. The 2nd opportunity is during a careful unpacking of the parts so that you can see the hardwood top,base,and column and the matching shelfpieces. If this is not what you wanted, please repack the parts in a proper sequence and contact usefulitems.com to request a return.
If you assemble the product and find it to be defective or not
performing according to website descriptions, contact to
request a refund. Refund is contingent on your return delivery of
the product in the condition in which it was received by you.
